If you don’t have a dream, how can you have a dream come true?
A goal is a dream set to paper. Don’t just think it— ink it!
According to Dave Kohl, professor emeritus at Virginia Tech., people who regularly write down their goals earn nine times as much over their lifetime as the people who don’t, and yet 80% of Americans say they don’t have goals. Sixteen percent do have goals, but they don’t write them down. Less than four percent write down their goals, and fewer than one percent actually review them on an ongoing basis. Write down your dreams, add to the one percent!
Your imagination is the preview to life’s coming attractions. – Albert Einstein
Setting goals in only one or two areas of life is like rowing a boat with one oar— you go round and round in only one direction. If you use all your creativity in just one area of your life, you are destined to be one-dimensional in others. (What’s the use of being a multi-millionaire five years from now if you end up with a broken family?)
