JENNIFER HALE

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Jennifer Hale brings over 20 years of top level executive management and 7 years of top level field experience in the Direct Sales industry.  She received her Bachelor of Interior Design, specializing in architecture and business from Texas Tech University and had an award-winning career in building and interior design.  In 2003, she made a career change and has spent the last 13 years advising executive level management.

Mrs. Hale serves as advisor, collaborator, and a key resource to the executive leadership.  She is effective at improving alignment behind strategic goals, ensuring that all plans are working effectively and that the Company will remain competitive.  Jennifer is gifted at creative business solutions and is an innovative thinker providing creative, out-of the box ideas, techniques, and resources.

Mrs. Hale directs the public relations aspect within the Company, building and sustaining the Company’s reputation for world-class quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.  She manages the professional corporate public appearance by holding a high standard and providing attention to detail for all communication sent to the public.

Mrs. Hale supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values as she exhibits commitment to our community.  She provides support and guides the Company’s culture, philanthropy, special initiatives, confidential projects, and other endeavors.  She creates a cohesive business environment, pulling all aspects of business together with unified direction and action.
